💡 Designing Virtual Care to Boost Health Equity

🗓️ June 11, 2024

🕛 11:30am - 12:45pm

Health equity is a top focus for health insurance providers, yet delivering on that promise remains elusive. For traditional care, metrics exist to measure healthy equity, however; do they apply to value-based and virtual care delivery? Advances in technology permit innovative, holistic care models to reach members where they are, improving access and health outcomes. This session will explore ‘what good looks like’ when evaluating virtual care partners through an equity lens.

Join us to...

  • Understand how virtual and value-based care strategies can effectively reduce disparities and enhance access.
  • Address missed opportunities for advancing health equity.
  • Review a framework for evaluating virtual care from a perspective of equity.
